    부부 대화 워크숍


  • 어린아이를 키우며 가장 지치고 힘든 시기, 배우자의 따뜻한 말 한마디와 깊은 공감이 그 어느 때보다 절실하지만, 육아와 살림에 치여 서로 대화다운 대화조차 나누기 어려울 때가 많지요. 모처럼 시간이 나더라도 마음을 어떻게 전해야 할지 몰라 대화가 오히려 낯설고 어렵게 느껴지기도 하고요.

    결코 여러분만의 이야기가 아닙니다. 아이를 키우는 부모라면 누구나 비슷한 고민을 지나쳐 옵니다. 다만, 이 시기를 어떻게 함께 통과하느냐에 따라 부부관계는 더욱 단단해질 수도, 혹은 서로에게 마음의 짐이 될 수도 있습니다. 서로가 서로의 마음을 안전하게 나누고 온전히 연결될 수 있도록, KCSC가 따뜻한 동반자가 되어 드릴게요.

    이런 분들을 위해 준비했습니다.

    • 육아 번아웃 속에서 서로의 마음을 깊이 이해하고 싶은 부부
    • 대화를 나누고 싶지만 막상 시작하면 싸움이나 어색함으로 끝나는 부부
    • 안전한 환경 속에서 우리 부부만의 단단한 대화법을 배우고 싶은 부부

    가족 소통 전문가가 안전하게 마음을 나누는 대화 가이드를 전해드립니다. 또한, 대화를 촉진해 주는 대화카드를 활용해 두 분이 직접 깊고 진솔한 대화를 나눠보는 시간을 갖습니다.

    참가자 안내 사항 오직 서로에게만 집중하실 수 있도록, 워크숍 시간 동안 아이를 위한 돌봄(Childcare)을 함께 제공해 드립니다.

    Raising young children is one of the most exhausting phases of life. It’s a time when a warm word or deep empathy from your partner is needed more than ever, yet we often find it hard to have even a simple conversation amidst the endless demands of parenting and daily life. Even when we do find a moment, we sometimes struggle to express our true feelings, making conversation feel awkward and difficult.

    Please know that you are not alone. Every parent raising young children navigates these exact struggles. However, how we navigate this season together can make our relationship much stronger—or leave us feeling more distant than ever. KCSC is here to walk alongside you as a warm companion, helping you share your hearts safely and reconnect fully with one another.

    This workshop is for couples who:

    • Want to deeply understand each other’s hearts amidst parenting burnout
    • Want to talk, but find that conversations often end in arguments or awkwardness
    • Want to learn solid, resilient ways of communicating in a safe environment

    An expert in family communication will guide you on how to safely share your feelings and needs. You and your partner will also have dedicated time to have deep, heartfelt conversations using specially designed conversation cards to prompt meaningful dialogue.

    To ensure you can focus entirely on each other, free childcare will be provided during the workshop.

    If you need to leave your child during the program, you understand that this day care is not a place with a license, so in case of personal injury or any danger, the staff or volunteers of the Korean Community Service Center are not held responsible. I understand that child protective supervision services are provided only while I am here. If my child becomes intolerant or difficult to be in continued care while in the program, I understand that I am responsible for the care of my child. I understand and agree that my child will be supervised by the Korean Community Service Center.

    프로그램 진행 시 자녀를 맡겨야 할 경우, 이 곳 데이케어는 라이센스를 가진 장소가 아니므로 개인 상해나 어떤 위험 시 한인생할상담소의 스텝이나 봉사자에게 그 책임을 묻지 않음을 이해합니다. 나는 이곳에 있는 동안에만 어린이 보호감독 서비스가 제공됨을 이해합니다.

    만약 아이가 프로그램을 진행하는 동안 임시 케어에 있는 것을 참지 못하거나 힘들어하게 된다면, 나는 바로 내 아이를 돌 볼 책임이 있다는 것을 이해합니다. 나는 아이가 한인생활상담소의 보호 감독을 받는 것을 이해하고 이에 동의합니다.
