Payment Terms
Registration: $25 for the first dancer; $10 for each additional family member. Tuition: $100 monthly, due by the 7th. Classes meet once a week (four classes). A $25 late fee applies on the 10th. Dancers with unpaid tuition may not attend. Pay by cash, check, or Zelle to onedanceflorida@gmail.com.
Participation Agreement
I give permission for my child to participate in One Dance Florida classes and related activities at Miami Shores Early Learning Center. I understand that dance is a physical activity and may involve slips, falls, strains, or other injuries. I accept these ordinary risks and release One Dance Florida and Miami Shores Early Learning Center, including their owners, staff, and instructors, from claims for injury or loss connected with participation, except where a release is not permitted by law. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize reasonable emergency care for my child and accept responsibility for related costs. I confirm that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and have authority to sign.
