Note: Seasonal sites are for recreational use only during the May 1 – October 31 season. They are not permanent or legal residences, and the campground may not be used as a mailing or legal address.
Background Check Disclosure & Authorization — Hankerd's Horseshoe Lake Campground ("the Campground") may obtain a consumer report and/or background report about you from a consumer reporting agency for the purpose of evaluating your application for a seasonal campsite. The report may include identity verification, criminal history, and public registry records, including sex offender registries. You have the right, upon request, to be informed whether a report was requested and the name and address of the agency that furnished it, and you may request a copy of the report from that agency. If the Campground takes adverse action based in whole or in part on a report, you will receive notice and a summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Each adult listed must check the authorization box and type their full legal name in their Adult section; doing so authorizes the Campground and its chosen consumer reporting agency to obtain the report described above.
