  • I grant the West Cook YMCA, and its affiliates, representatives, and partners, permission to use my uploaded photograph of me (or my minor child) and to use these images and statements for lawful promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in printed materials, publications, websites, social media, digital communications, advertising, and other YMCA marketing resources.

    I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of such materials and that all photographs, recordings, and related content become the property of the West Cook YMCA. I release and hold harmless the West Cook YMCA from any claims related to the use of these materials, including claims regarding privacy, publicity, or copyright.
