Peel-and-Stick Acknowledgment* This field is required.Peel-and-stick wallpaper is sensitive to wall texture, paint condition, humidity, temperature, and surface preparation. Long-term adhesion and material performance cannot be guaranteed. Lifting, bubbling, shrinking, or adhesive failure may occur even after a successful installation. Pristine reserves the right to decline or postpone installation if the product, wall surface, or environmental conditions are unsuitable. Once installation is completed and documented through photos or videos, any subsequent issues caused by product performance, adhesive failure, or environmental conditions are not covered by Pristine's installation workmanship warranty. Any requested maintenance, adjustments, or repairs related to these issues are separate, billable services unless otherwise agreed in writing. If an issue is determined to result from an installation workmanship error, Pristine will address it at no additional labor charge. Pristine may recommend specific peel-and-stick wallpaper brands or products based on professional experience, product quality, and available information. However, such recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of adhesion, compatibility, durability, or long-term performance. Product behavior may vary depending on wall conditions, paint, surface preparation, humidity, temperature, and other factors beyond Pristine's control. Recommending, sourcing, or purchasing a product on the client's behalf does not, by itself, mean that Pristine assumes responsibility for manufacturing defects, adhesive failure, or other product-related performance issues. Any verified installation workmanship errors will be addressed separately.
