Event Guidelines:
- Payment is due three days after we sent the slot confirmation. Kindly ensure your payment is completed by the deadline to secure your slot.
- Attendees must purchase at least β±350 worth of food and/or drinks.
- Receipts are strictly 1:1. Combined purchases are NOT allowed.
- Little Suns are allowed to distribute freebies inside the cafΓ©, but please adhere to the cafΓ©βs protocols at all times.
- Please appreciate the displayed photos without touching, moving, removing, or damaging any of the materials. If you notice an issue with a display, kindly inform the organizers.
- Please be considerate of fellow attendees when viewing or taking photos at the exhibit. Avoid lingering for too long in one spot so everyone gets a chance to enjoy and appreciate the displays.
- Little Suns are encouraged to share their event photos on social media. Kindly use the designated event hashtags and donβt forget to mention the generous Little Suns who shared their fan arts.
- Little Suns are welcome to support the participating merchants during the event. Please be mindful of the space and avoid crowding around merchantΒ tables to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.
- Attendees who won't be able to be physically present at the event can either: a) have a proxy buy food/drinks and claim their kit on their behalf, b) connect with us to buy the food/drinks and have their kit shipped via SDD during the event, or c) simply pay β±350 to cover the required amount of purchase and wait for the shipment after the event
- We might have a game or activity for each time slot, but nothingβs set yet. If you have any fun ideas, donβt hesitate to drop them in the notes section.
