- Place check in PVLGA or PVMGA check drawer, or PV Pro Shop
- Your registration is not complete until your check is received
- Current GHIN number required for each player
- Each foursome must have at least 1 PVLGA or PVMGA member
- Sorry, no mixed teams: all men, or all women only
- If you do not have a foursome we can pair you with other players
