  • Welcome to The Cookie Slate! My name is Reilly and I'm so glad you are here! Please take a few minutes to fill out this inquiry so I can gather all of the sweet details for your custom cookie order! 

    Custom Sugar Cookies start at $48 per dozen. Price will depend on complexity and detail of design request. Minimum order of one dozen. All cookies are individually heat sealed and packaged in a bakery box. 

    Order Notice: A minimum of 2 weeks notice for inquiries. The sooner the better as it does not guarantee availability. It's never too early to inquire! 

    Please note, submitting this form does not guarantee your order - once I receive your inquiry, I will review it and reach out via email to discuss details and/or availability. If I am to complete your order, a quote will also be provided. If you do not hear from me within 48 hours, your inquiry was not received - please reach out via email (thecookieslate@gmail.com) or social media. 

    Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order/date. The remaining balance is due by time of pickup/delivery. Venmo, CashApp, & Card accepted.

    Orders are not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit is paid (Venmo, CashApp, Card are accepted).

    Please note, I will do my best to accommodate specific requests but cannot guarantee an exact design match - I do prefer some creative freedom in the design process. 

    The Cookie Slate is not an allergen-free home bakery and cannot guarantee that any product is free from peanuts, nuts, gluten, dairy/milk, eggs or other allergens. 

    Damage Disclaimer: Once your order has been picked up or delivered, The Cookie Slate is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur to the cookies. Please handle and transport your cookies with care.

    In a rare case of an emergency, The Cookie Slate reserves the right to cancel an order at which a full refund will be provided.
