For anyone wishing to stay the evening, Deerfoot Inn is offering members who are attending the SBHASA Event a special rate of $159 + applicable tax, applicable for November 28th only.

Cut Off Date: Reservations will be accepted until Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (the hotel is only able to block off rooms for special events for 30 days).

This special rate may not be available after October 28th, please book as soon as possible.
Please enter # of people from your immediate family who will be attending. Individuals (adult members w/SB) are welcome to bring a "plus one" / guest. Each ticket is $25, children under 18 will receive a gift from Santa, adults 18+ will receive 2 drink tickets each as well a token from the gift exchange game.

Note - Children's buffet-style menu: homemade macaroni and cheese, chicken dippers and fries, assorted juices, fresh veggies & dip, fruit salad, caesar salad, assorted mini Christmas shortbread cookies & donuts.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby acknowledge that mine and my children(s) participation in any and all activities prepared by SBHASA for the SBHASA Christmas Party is voluntary. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless SBHASA and all its respective directors, officers, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said persons arising out of traveling to and participating in the November 28th scheduled activities.

In case of injury to any member of my family as listed on this form, I hereby waive all claims against SBHASA, including all directors, officers, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all recreational activities.
