LeadHERship Award Description: The LeadHERship Award is an esteemed recognition from the Forward Women's Leadership Forum, honoring extraordinary women who exemplify leadership, innovation, and community impact. This award celebrates women who have not only excelled in their professional fields but have also demonstrated a profound commitment to uplifting others, inspiring change, and paving the way for future generations of female leaders. The LeadHERship Award recognizes those who embody the Forward Women's Leadership Forum's core values: empowerment, resilience, and transformative leadership. It honors women who have made significant contributions to their communities, industries, or causes, fostering an environment where others can thrive and succeed. Limited to one nomination per nominator. Multiple nominations do not guarantee a win. Ideal Nominee Avatar: The ideal nominee for the LeadHERship Award is a woman who demonstrates exceptional leadership, champions women’s empowerment, makes a community impact, innovates and inspires, and exemplifies resilience. The winner will receive the award at the Annual Forward Women's Leadership Forum on Friday, March 5, 2027. The winner is expected to be present.

Nominations for the LeadHERship Award will open now and close on Friday, January 15, 2027, at 11:59 PM. Anyone can nominate a deserving woman by providing a detailed description of her achievements, impact, and why she embodies the spirit of the LeadHERship Award. Nominations should include specific examples of how the nominee has demonstrated leadership, contributed to women’s empowerment, and made a tangible difference in her community or field.Directions:1.
