Vendor Participation Agreement:
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following.
1. Application & Acceptance: Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Ember & Ivy Events reserves the right to select vendors based on products variety, event suitability, available space, and safety considerations.
2. Payment: Approved vendors will receive a Square invoice. Payment must be received by the deadline listed on the invoice to secure the space. Unpaid spaces may be released to another applicant. (If you need more time, please communicate)
3. Space and Equipment: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and necessary equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Outdoor tents MUST be properly weighted and secured.
4. Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must follow the setup and breakdown instructions provided before the event and remain for entire event hours.
5. Cancellations & Refunds: Vendor fees are non-refundable after payment. If a vendor cancels, a credit toward a future event will be given.
6. Weather & Safety: The Festival is planned as an outdoor event. Ember and Ivy Events may modify, delay, or cancel activities when necessary for safety.
7. Promotion: Vendors grant Ember & Ivy Events permission to use submitted business names, logos, and approved product photographs for festival promotion.
8. Responsibly: Vendors are responsible for their own property, staff, merchandise, and operations.
