How to submit an addendum:

- Review the current syllabus and the 2026 local addendum list to ensure that the class you are requested is not a duplicate.

- email Assiniboia.Music.Festival@gmail.com with name of the class and description.

If you have requested an addendum, please do not place your entry form until they have been approved and posted by the SMFA/ADMFA. When the addendums are approved a direct link will be provided below under section "Music Entry Festival Information".

MUSIC FESTIVAL ENTRY INFORMATION
Noteworthy Regulations:

- An original copy of the music must be provided for the adjudicator to use during performance.

- Scholarships and Awards are available for competitors 19 years of age and under. Scholarships are awarded at the adjudicator's discretion.

- Competitors must enter two selections in the same discipline (eg. piano, voice, strings, musical theatre) to be eligible for scholarships.

- Each musical theatre participant must submit, with each entry, an introduction to your selection; this will be read prior to your performance.

- Please be as accurate as possible with performance times in your entries. Providing us with accurate times helps the committee to keep the festival running on schedule.
