*모든 오더는 부피무게 배송비를 절감하기 위해 박스를 제거한 더스트백에 넣어져 배송될 예정입니다. 박스 구입을 원하시면 $10추가(켤레당)로 가능합니다.
*수량이 한정되어 있고 실시간으로 오더가 나가는 중입니다. 오더를 넣었어도 수량이 없어 구매가 안 될 수도 있음을 미리 알려드립니다. 이경우 3일내 따로 연락을 드리겠 습니다. 연락이 없으면 오더가 잘 된 것으로 알고 계세요.
* 벤모나 젤을 패이먼트 옵션으로 선택하신 경우 바로 패이먼트를 보내주세요. 패이먼트 확인순으로 오더가 들어갑니다. 8시간 이내에 패이먼트가 확인되지 않으면 오더가 취소됩니다.
* 크레딧카드를 패이먼트 옵션으로 선택하신 경우 Shopify에서 크레딧 카드 패이를 할 수 있게 인보이스가 갈 예정입니다.

* 공구가격은 모두 세일가로 오더를 하신 후 단순 변심으로 인한 취소나 반품이 불가능합니다. (물건에 문제가 있는 상황을 제외, 문제가 있는 경우 받는날 기준 1일 이내에 알려주세요.)
* 싸이즈에 대한 문의 답변은 최대한 도와드립니다. 다만 발볼, 발등 등의 크기가 개인마다 차이가 있으므로 싸이즈를표를 최대한 참조해 오더해 주시고(실측 재셔서 보시는걸 가장 추천) 싸이즈 미스에 대한 책임이 저희에게 없음을 알려드립니다.
*교환을 원할시 건당 배송비 $30 개인 부담으로 가능하세요. (원하시는 싸이즈, 컬러, 모델이 없는 경우 교환이 안되고 환불도 불가함을 알려드립니다)

* This order is all pre-order based. Please allow approximately 5–9 weeks from the time you place your order and send the payment until delivery.
(Australia to South Korea: 3–5 weeks; inspection and repacking + arrival in the U.S.: 2 weeks; domestic U.S. shipping: 1.5 week)
* To reduce shipping costs based on dimensional weight, all items will be shipped in dust bags rather than their original boxes. If you would like to include the box, an additional fee of $10 per pair.
* Quantities are limited, and orders are being processed in real-time. Please be aware that even if you have placed an order, it may not be possible to fulfill it if the item is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you within 3 days. If you do not hear from us, you may assume your order has been successfully placed.
* If you have selected Venmo or Zelle as your payment method, please send your payment immediately. Orders are processed in the order that payments are received. If payment is not confirmed within 8 hours, your order will be canceled.
* If you have selected a credit card as your payment method, you will receive an invoice via Shopify to complete your payment.

* All products are final sale prices; therefore, cancellations or returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. (This excludes cases where an item is defective; please notify us within one day of receipt if you encounter any issues.)
* We are happy to assist with any questions regarding sizing. However, as individual foot shapes—such as width and instep height—vary, please refer closely to the provided size chart before placing your order (we highly recommend measuring your feet for an accurate comparison). Please note that we are not responsible for any sizing discrepancies.
* Exchanges are possible, subject to a $30 shipping fee per request, which is to be covered by the customer. (Please be aware that if your desired size, color, or model is unavailable, an exchange will not be possible, and a refund cannot be issued.)
