Gifts of Grace Christmas Toy Drive Request Form
Dear Friend,

We would love to help create a joyful Christmas for your children by providing some gifts. Please use the form below to help us with our shopping and return it to our church by Monday, November 16. Complete one form for each child (ages 0-17). Gift pickup will be on Sunday, December 20 from noon to 1PM in our Fellowship Hall. Please join us for some Christmas fellowship and a pizza lunch during pickup. Of course, we'd love you to join us for our worship service at 10AM. You would be so very welcome.
