Please read our operating schedule and guidelines before placing your order:

• 📅 Pickup Schedule: We accept porch pickups on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings only.
• ⏰ Pickup Deadline: Your laundry bags must be placed on your front porch before 9:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day. (No pickups are scheduled Thursday through Sunday).
• 🚚 Turnaround Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Your clean clothes will be returned to your porch within 24 to 48 hours of your pickup day.
• 🫧 Hygiene Protocol: Our washing machines and processing areas are thoroughly cleaned and Lysol-sanitized between every single customer order.
• 🧤 Hygienic Care: Fresh, disposable gloves are worn at all times when handling and folding your garments.
• ⚖️ Pricing & Deposits: Service is priced at $2.00 per lb / $4.40 per kg with a 15-lb / 6.8-kg minimum ($30 deposit authorized at checkout). Bags are weighed using a digital scale upon arrival. Any weight exceeding the minimum will be adjusted and billed to your card on file prior to delivery.
• 🛑 Bag Restrictions: All items must fit inside a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag, and the bag must be able to securely tie closed at the top. We cannot accept un-rinsed biological soils (baby or pet waste) or oversized commercial comforters.
🎁 Loyalty Rewards: We love our regular clients! Your 10th order receives 50% off the base deposit, and your 20th order receives a 100% FREE base deposit. (A loyalty tracking card will be placed in your delivery bag).

Where on your property do you wish for your items to be picked up/dropped back off? (Ex Front porch, by garage, in package bin, etc.) Please understand we are a no contact service. Items MUST be in this location, and ready to be picked up when we arrive. Pick up starts at 9am the following day after order is placed.

Orders have a 15 pound/6.80Kg minimum. Deposit due at time of order is $30.00.

Hang Dry Option •Customer provides hangers •Ten items total per order •Items will be returned, hung at your preferred drop off location, covered with a clear plastic bag •T.S.H. is not responsible for natural fabric shrinkage or warping inherent to air drying certain fabrics.

Biohazard agreement •T.S.H. will not accept items that have bodily fluids, pet waste, pest, Biohazard materials, etc. Items such as cloth diapers, burp cloths, pet clothing, etc MUST be rinsed clear before we will accept them. If items are left in bags in the above conditions, entire bag will be returned unwashed.•

T.S.H. Will do our best to pre treat, and remove any visable stains. If we are unable to remove any stain, the garment will NOT be dried, and will be returned in its own bag, undried, with your order.

Bag Agreement Tie close trash bags are preffered. Bags must not be "over-filled." Bags that are ripping, busting, or can not tie closed will incur an extra $10.00 per bag charge.

We do not accept "dry clean" only, or dry clean items. If dry clean items are in your order, they will be returned, unaltered, with your delivery.

T.S.H. Is a no contact business. Orders must be left on/in designated pick up spot NO later than 9am the following day after the order is placed. Employee will pick up the item with a no contact commitment. (No doorbell, no knock.) Orders take 24-48 hours to complete. Order will be dropped on in the same location, and customer will be emailed/texted once the order is dropped off.
