PAYMENT INFORMATION & ENROLLMENT TERMS

Camp Dates: Tuesday, July 27th, 2027 - Tuesday, August 17th, 2027

Camp Tuition: $3,450

Tuition includes all camp activities.

ACCEPTANCE & RESERVING YOUR SPOT

Families have seven calendar days from the date of their acceptance email to confirm enrollment and submit the deposit. The exact deadline will be included in the acceptance email.

To reserve your daughter’s spot, confirm enrollment and pay the $500 nonrefundable deposit by the deadline. The deposit is applied toward tuition.

If payment is not received by the deadline, Teen Experience may release the spot to another applicant. Extensions may be granted upon written approval.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• Nonrefundable deposit: $500 upon confirmation of enrollment
• January 1, 2027: $1,475
• March 1, 2027: $1,475

Tuition must be paid in full before camp begins.

NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

The $500 deposit reserves your daughter’s spot and is nonrefundable. All additional tuition payments are also nonrefundable.

If you cancel, withdraw your daughter, or forfeit her spot after making a payment, all amounts paid will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations must be submitted to Teen Experience in writing.

ATTENDANCE & EARLY DEPARTURE

Late arrival, early departure, missed days, or absence will not result in a tuition reduction, credit, or refund.

If Teen Experience dismisses a camper for violating camp rules or compromising the safety or well-being of others, no refund or credit will be issued, and the full tuition remains due.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Campers should label all belongings and avoid bringing valuables. Teen Experience is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including items handled by laundry services.
