All vehicles must be approved by Jay Earley Presents before securing a VIP spot.Submit your VIP application with the required information and pictures of your vehicle. Wait for Jay Earley to review your application. You will be notified whether your application has been approved or denied. If approved, you will receive instructions for payment. Your VIP spot is not secured until payment has been received and confirmed.Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. VIP spaces are limited, and applications may close early if all available spaces are filled.

VIP RULES, PRICING & PAYMENT INFORMATION VIP applications open October 19, 2026, and close November 21, 2026. All vehicles must be approved by Jay Earley Presents before payment, and approval is not guaranteed due to limited spaces. VIP presale is $50, and VIP at the gate is $65. Payment must be completed after approval using the official payment instructions. Your spot is not secured until payment is received and confirmed. One toy donation is required per approved VIP vehicle and will be collected at the show on December 19, 2026. Spectator toy donations are optional but greatly appreciated to support our Christmas toy drive. All participants must follow event rules and staff instructions. Burnouts, donuts, reckless driving, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited. Jay Earley reserves the right to deny applications or remove anyone who violates event rules.
