Consent & Payment Agreement:
I hereby confirm that I pay the full amount of 2800 SAR for the course in advance (4 sessions) and that there is no refund unless another pregnant woman is taking over the spot. There is no refund for missed sessions.
I confirm that I am attending these ‘Hypnobirthing Course’ sessions as a birth preparation of my own free will and with the understanding that the course will teach me how to get into a deep state of relaxation called self-hypnosis.
Participating in these ‘Hypnobirthing Course’ sessions requires a normal physical and emotional condition. I confirm that I am in good physical and emotional health and that I accept the full responsibility of the taught knowledge and techniques.
I understand that the content of this course is neither a therapy nor does it replace any advice or care of a medical professional. I am aware that I should always seek the advice of my medical professionals to answer any health-related issues, questions or concerns that I may have surrounding my pregnancy, my labour or the birth of my baby.
I know that a ‘Hypnobirthing Course’ sessions cannot guarantee a certain birth experience as the progress of birth is controlled by various factors.
Your information will be held confidentially and not shared with anyone else. Once the information is no longer needed, it will be shredded. Records held on a computer system will be password protected.
