  • Home Hero is a yearly, prevention-focused membership. It is not insurance and not a warranty, and we don't do repairs. One number, 24/7. For emergencies we aim to be at your door within 60 minutes to stop further damage: shut off water or gas, contain leaks, put up a temporary tarp held down with sandbags (nothing attached to your home), and take photos. A trusted licensed contractor comes the next day, and you pay the contractor directly, with no markup. Home checks with a photo report cover water lines, water heater, roof and gutters, drainage, HVAC filter, and smoke/CO alarms, and we tag your shutoffs. Filters and batteries are billed at cost. Optional Away check-ins while you travel. Landlords get per-rental pricing.
