Releasees:
The S7 Tactical management and all regents, employees, and agents for this entity.
Release:
In consideration for facilitating my participation in S7 Tactical training sessions or training sessions hosted at S7 Tactical facilities, I release and agree not to sue the Releasees for any claims that arise from situations that derived from negligence on my behalf and/or on the behalf of other participants in the training. This release includes the time when I am participating in the training sessions, and when traveling to and from the training sessions. This release includes claims for property loss or damage, and for personal injuries to me, including death within the boundaries of the law of the state of Arkansas.
Risks:
To the best of my knowledge, I can participate in the training sessions. I am aware of the risks and hazards connected with the sessions, and I elect to participate voluntarily and engage in these training sessions, knowing that they may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for property loss or damage and for personal injury, including death, that I may sustain as a result of being engaged in these training sessions.
Indemnity:
I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the training sessions, whether caused by the negligence of my actions or other participants. For example, I specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from losses that may incur as a result of my injuring another person or damaging another persons property while participating in the training sessions.
Intent:
I intend that this Release and Indemnity Agreement bind not only me, but also the members of my family and my spouse (if any) if I am alive, and my heirs and personal representatives if I am not alive. I intend this as a release, discharge and promise not to sue the Releasees. I further agree that this Release and Indemnity Agreement should be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Attest:
I hereby attest to the following rules at all times while participating in the event and/or while on premises.
Range safety rules will be enforced and everyone must comply with all the rules:
1. Treat EVERY FIREARM as if it were loaded
2. ALWAYS point the muzzle in a safe direction
3. Keep your finger OFF THE TRIGGER and OUT OF THE TRIGGER GUARD unless you intend to shoot
4. Know your target, and ensure back stop, front of my target and beyond my target are safe and clear to engage without creating hazard to any person or animals.
Training:
Functional firearms may be brought into the training area only with the primary instructor's permission. There are to be no magazines in firearms until told to do so. Live ammunition is only to be retrieved when directed by a primary instructor.
Horseplay will not be tolerated. If your involved in hazardous or negligent behavior at any time during this course, you may be asked to leave the class as a result, WITHOUT A REFUND.
ZERO TOLERANCE for drugs or alcohol. If you are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or have an odor of alcohol on your person at any time during the training, you may be asked to leave the class as a result, WITHOUT A REFUND.
S7 Tactical provides training to the student for educational purposes. The student is FULLY RESPONSIBLE to ensure LEGAL and JUSTIFIABLE application of any information, techniques, concepts and principles taught by S7 Tactical and regents, employees, and agents.
