🎀 Strictly No Cancellations & Refunds: Please double-check your orders (quantity, variation, etc.) and only submit this form if you are 17000% sure! Once submitted, all orders are considered final, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled to help us manage stocks properly.
🎀 Pay As You Order (PAYO): A personalized order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours once your payment has been manually verified.
🎀 Active Email Required: Make sure to provide an active email address to receive timely updates and tracking information for your order.
🎀 Shipping Payment: NOT yet required in this form. We will send out a separate form for your shipping info and payment once your order is ready for shipment.
🎀 J&T Shipout Schedule: If J&T shipment is selected, please note that we ship every Tuesday & Friday. Orders are processed for the nearest ship-out day after payment/shipping fee confirmation.
🎀 Order Pickup Requirement: For orders for pickup at our offline events, please make sure to present the order confirmation email when claiming. Strictly no order confirmation email, no order claim.
