June 4–5, 2027 | Wharton, Philadelphia | Opens 09:00 June 4; closes 15:30 June 5 (EDT). Keynotes: Robert A. Miller (Carnegie Mellon) and Phillip Stocken (Dartmouth). Submission deadline: Monday, February 1, 2027, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5). This deadline applies to both the form metadata and the uploaded or emailed PDF. Submit metadata here even if emailing an oversized PDF; select the email delivery option. Upload limit: one PDF, 5 MB (5120 KB). For a larger PDF, email acceconsociety@gmail.com with subject: AES 2027 Congress submission — [paper title]. Decision dates forthcoming. This is paper submission only, not attendance registration. AES membership is required to attend, not to submit. Attendance fee: US$200 for AES members; formal Wharton registration/payment will follow. No fee is collected here. Papers are considered only for the Congress; no automatic transfer to other events.
