By submitting this registration, I hereby acknowledge that participation in the parade involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the parade organizers, sponsors, volunteers, officials, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I certify that I am physically able to participate, and I agree to comply with all event rules and instructions. I also grant permission for the use of photographs or video recordings of my participation for event related promotional purposes. By registering, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Accident waiver an release of liability.
