Please note completing this application does not guarantee you are approved. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant at our discretion. Please understand that Operation Safe Haven MOV takes in manly many strays and due to lack of funding, we no guarantee of their health conditions.

We prefer our fosters to not interact with your animals but understand that sometimes this can't be the case. You do understand by doing so you are risking your animal's health to exposure of the foster.
Are you willing to foster kittens/cats that are positive for FIV (Feline Aids), FeLV (Feline Leukemia), or URI (Upper Respiratory Infection)? This is not required for foster approval, but extremely helpful to us.
Have you fostered animals before?
You will receive monthly food, litter and free Veterinary Care. Do you promise to contact us if any health issues arise or if you are unable to get the animal to the vet?
