Use this form to tell TruTEMPS about ANY problem at work. Examples: someone touched you, said sexual things, bullied you, treated you badly because of who you are, did not pay you right, or made you work in an unsafe place.

Complaint Type

What we will do.
We will ask you questions, talk to witnesses, and look at any proof. If you want or if it is safer, we may move you to a different job or client while we look into it. When we are done, we will tell you that it is finished and share what we are allowed to share. (We usually cannot tell you about discipline given to another person.)

This form goes only to TruTEMPS Human Resources (HR). Your branch office does not see it.
So if your complaint is about someone at your TruTEMPS office, you can still use this form - that person will not see it. If your complaint is about someone in HR or a TruTEMPS manager, you can send it straight to the President of TruTEMPS at [PRESIDENT CONTACT].

If you got hurt at work, also tell your TruTEMPS office right away so we can file an injury report and get you medical care. The law gives you a deadline to report an injury - 30 days in Texas and 15 days in New Mexico - but do not wait: tell us the same day.
