Holiday Matsuri Ambassador Program Application
We’re looking for enthusiastic, creative cosplayers and community members to help bring the holiday magic to Holiday Matsuri!
Holiday Matsuri Ambassadors will represent the convention through attendee interactions, photo opportunities, promotional videos, scheduled appearances, and participation in select programming and activities.
We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy connecting with others, creating memorable moments, and helping attendees feel welcome and excited to be part of Holiday Matsuri.
Selected ambassadors will wear coordinated festive outfits inspired by Holly, Holiday Matsuri’s mascot, while still having room to showcase their own personality and creativity.
Important Program Details
- Application Deadline: November 27, 2026
- Age Requirement: 18+
- Convention Dates: December 18–20, 2026
- Location: Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL
- Participation: Minimum of four assigned events or appearances
- Perks: Complimentary Holiday Matsuri badge, plus one additional badge for a friend or family member
- Outfit: Ambassadors must create or assemble their own Holly-inspired festive outfit at their expense using the provided style guide. Outfits must be submitted for approval by December 9, 2026.
Promotional participation: Ambassador responsibilities include appearing in photos, videos, social media content, and other promotional materials for Holiday Matsuri.
