UPLIXA Service Agreement — Brand-Back (Amazon US)
Service Provider: UPLIXA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. What we do
Another account has changed the brand name on your Amazon US listing. We put your original brand name (entered below) back on the same listing, so reviews, ranking and sales history stay in place. We work only through Amazon's own catalog and brand-protection processes, within Amazon's rules.
2. Price
$299 per listing.
3. How it works
- You give us limited Seller Central access (a secondary user; no password, no financial data).
- You sign this agreement.
- We build the evidence, file with Amazon and keep working for up to 90 days from the day we get access.
4. When you pay
Nothing upfront. We invoice each listing only after your original brand name is back on the live Amazon page. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice.
If the brand name is not back within 90 days of access, there is no invoice and you pay nothing.
5. Keeping access
Keep our access in place until the work is done or the 90 days end. If you remove our access, or ask us to stop, after we have started work on a listing, the fee for that listing is due, because the case work and filing are already done. If you stop before we start, nothing is due.
6. Not included
Locking the brand contribution or watching the listing after it is restored (that is the Brand-Back + Lock package), Brand Registry enrolment, trademark filing, removal of other sellers, listing copy, images, advertising and account-health work.
7. General
Processor fees are yours. Payment is handled by our affiliate Click Worthy LLC, so that is the name on your statement; UPLIXA LLC remains the contracting party and is responsible for the work. You confirm you own, or are authorised by the owner of, the brand named in this form. This agreement is accepted by signing below.
