VicDoggs Pet Services ClientService Agreement
This Service Agreement is entered into between VicDoggs Pet Services (“VicDoggs”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Services
VicDoggs Pet Services provides professional pet care services including, but not limited to:
- Dog Walking
- Puppy & Senior Potty Breaks
- Drop-In Visits
- Day Sitting
- Overnight Sitting

- Other services agreed upon in writing
Services will be scheduled and confirmed between VicDoggs and the Client prior to the service date.
Pricing & Payment
The Client agrees to pay the rates outlined in the current VicDoggs Service & Pricing Guide.

The Client understands that pricing may be updated periodically. Existing clients will receive advance notice of any pricing changes.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include online invoice payments and other approved payment methods.

Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and suspension of future services until payment is received.
Additional Fees
The Client acknowledges the following fees:
- Holiday services incur a 40% surcharge.
- Additional pets incurs additional charges.
- Weekend requests must be submitted by 7:00 PM on Thursday.
- Other special requests may incur additional fees as outlined in the current pricing guide.
Cancellation Policy
Weekday cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full service fee.

Weekend and holiday cancellations made after 7:00 PM on the evening prior to service will be charged the full service fee.
Arrival Window
The Client understands that scheduled services include a two-hour arrival window due to weather, traffic, emergencies, and other scheduling considerations.

VicDoggs will make every effort to arrive as close to the requested time as possible.

VicDoggs is not responsible for service interruptions caused by inaccessible properties.
Photos & Updates
The Client acknowledges that VicDoggs provides visit summaries, photos, and/or videos whenever possible.

The Client grants permission for VicDoggs to photograph pets during services.

VicDoggs may use pet photographs for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the Client opts out below:
Limitation of Liability
VicDoggs agrees to exercise reasonable care while providing services.

The Client understands that animals are unpredictable and accepts the inherent risks associated with pet care services.

VicDoggs shall not be held liable for injuries, illnesses, escapes, death, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including undisclosed behavioral or medical conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
VicDoggs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:
- A pet presents a safety risk
- The environment is unsafe
- Required information has been withheld
- Payment obligations are not met
