One of the tasks of the Association is to respond to resident concerns. For the Association to respond appropriately, all complaints or reports of alleged violations need to be in writing using this form.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT:

Please be advised that the association will review this complaint before taking any action, and submitting a complaint does not guarantee that action will be taken. Your identity will be kept confidential to the extent possible. However, if the matter goes to a hearing, dispute resolution, or legal proceedings, your identity, statements, and evidence may need to be disclosed, and you may be asked to participate. Photos, videos, and other materials you submit may be shared with the Board, management, the association's legal counsel, and the owner involved, as needed to resolve the matter. This form is not for emergencies. For threats, criminal activity, or urgent safety concerns, contact 911 or local law enforcement.
