YourBA AI — Lead Intake & SMS Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026.
This policy covers information submitted through the YourBA Revenue Engine Lead Intake and the YourBA AI service text messaging program. YourBA AI is operated by BYR Ventures.
Information we collect
We collect the name, business name, email, phone number, business needs and other answers you voluntarily submit; the form submission date, source, SMS consent selection and wording version; and text messages, opt-out requests and delivery records associated with the program.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, manage customer communications, request honest feedback or reviews, maintain consent and suppression records and troubleshoot delivery.
SMS Consent
Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate our forms, records, automations and messaging services, including Jotform, Google, Make and Telnyx, or as required by law. Those operational disclosures do not permit recipients to use SMS consent for their own marketing.
Retention
We retain inquiry and message records as needed to operate the service and retain limited consent and opt-out evidence to honor communication preferences and document permission.
Access, Correction, or Deletion
To request access, correction or deletion, email info@yourbadigital.com; limited suppression or consent records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or legal obligations.
