Weekend availability
REQUIRED
for scheduled Saturdays and/or Sundays; may not be scheduled every weekend, depending on events and staffing.
Friday availability strongly preferred for bathing/grooming before weekend events.
Additional weekday kennel and grooming hours available based on availability and business needs; exact hours discussed during hiring; some early mornings possible.
Responsibilities:
Safely load puppies/crates/supplies and transport between Denton and Grandscape in The Colony; setup, supervise puppy wellbeing and gentle guest interactions, assist guests and yoga team; promptly clean accidents/sanitize/reset studio between sessions and handle breakdown and return transportation; bathe/dry/brush and basic nail/coat care especially Fridays; weekday feeding/watering, laundry, sanitation, waste cleanup, socialization, dog exercise, report care concerns, and follow kennel protocols.
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual, patient with puppies and large adult dogs, comfortable cleaning animal waste and performing active physical duties indoors/outdoors, follows instructions and communicates well.
Dog-care/kennel/grooming experience is helpful; training available; professional show grooming is not required.
