  • Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old by September 30, 2027. Children who turn five after August 12, 2027 (between August 13 and September 30, 2027) will be provided a Kindergarten Readiness Test.
  • Invictus Pre-K is a tuition-based program. Pre-K enrollment operates separately from K-3 enrollment, and Pre-K seats are offered beginning mid-March.
  • PART ONE: Eligibility (Required)

  • To verify your student's eligibility for enrollment, please confirm your residential address. You will be required to provide documentation as proof that you reside at this address (or another Davidson County address) before your child is able to fully register in August.
  • Is the address listed above the address at which the student resides?*
  • PART TWO: Preference / Priority Questionnaire (Optional, but recommended)

  • Some students may qualify for an enrollment preference under Tennessee Code § 49-13-113. Answering these questions helps determine if your student is eligible for priority consideration in the event of a lottery.
  • Is the applying student currently enrolled in the Invictus Nashville Pre-K program?
  • Does the applying student have a sibling who is currently enrolled at Invictus during the 2026-27 school year?*
  • Is the applying student the child of an Invictus staff member / Invictus governing body?*
  • Economically Disadvantaged Enrollment Preference: At Invictus Nashville Charter School, some students may qualify for an economically disadvantaged enrollment preference under state law. This preference helps ensure equitable access to our school when a lottery is required. All families will automatically be screened through the Tennessee state database to identify students (or families) currently enrolled in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), or the Foster Care System. If your student appears on one of these state lists, they will automatically be identified as meeting the criteria for this preference.
  • Other subgroups that also qualify a student for this classification are listed here. Check all that apply.
  • Families with combined household income at or below 185% of the federal poverty guidelines may qualify for the economically disadvantaged preference (for example, $5,088 per month for a household of 4). Income may be verified with your most recent federal tax return.
  • Preference verification: families offered a seat through a preference group will be asked to provide documentation (for example, birth certificate for sibling or staff preference, benefits letter or McKinney-Vento form for economically disadvantaged status, and proof of Davidson County residency). Providing incorrect information may result in an enrollment offer being rescinded.
