What to Expect

2. I’ll check availability. I’ll review the listing and contact you about showing arrangements.
3. California requires a written buyer representation agreement before a home tour with a buyer’s agent. Review/complete the paperwork before touring.
4. Let’s see the home! Once everything is arranged and the showing is confirmed, we’ll meet at the property.
