We’re bringing the Championship LIVE! stage to life with exciting entertainment, live demonstrations, contests, special celebrity guests, automotive personalities, podcasters, influencers, TV Hosts and local talent. Get in front of our Large Audience’s – Completely Free. We’re looking for individuals, clubs, organizations, performers, and businesses that want to showcase their talents, entertain our audience, and be part of the Show Car World experience. Following your stage appearance, you’ll have the opportunity to set up a complimentary merchandise table for one hour to sell your products, meet fans, and connect with the audience.

What’s Included
- One scheduled main-stage appearance
- Show promotion through the official event schedule and social media, when available
- One complimentary 6-foot table in the Championship Live! Meet & Greet Area for up to 60 minutes immediately following your appearance
- Fan engagement opportunities, including autographs, photos, meet-and-greets, and approved merchandise sales
- Complimentary show admission for approved performers and essential support staff
Meet & Greet + Merchandise Guidelines
- Tables are located in the dedicated Championship Live! Meet & Greet Area, immediately adjacent to the stage, not onstage.
- Your complimentary table is available for the approved 60-minute post-appearance period only.
- Merchandise sales are limited to preapproved items.
- Participants are responsible for their own payment processing and applicable taxes.
- Additional booths, oversized displays, or sales outside the designated area are not permitted.
- All appearances and activities are subject to venue rules, insurance requirements, and restrictions associated with existing sponsors or commercial vendors.
Participant & Activity Approval

To maintain a welcoming, family-friendly automotive show environment, all participants, merchandise, demonstrations, and activities are subject to organizer approval.

Approval to appear does not automatically authorize every service or activity associated with a participant’s business. For example, a tattoo artist may be approved to make a stage appearance and then sell shirts, artwork, or other approved merchandise during their Meet & Greet period, but tattooing at the event would require separate authorization and appropriate facilities.
