I acknowledge the pop-up fee is $50 per date and non-refundable; one 6-foot table is provided; additional displays or equipment require advance approval; approval does not guarantee any requested date; a date is confirmed only after approval, scheduling, and payment.
I acknowledge that vendors must be approved and scheduled before arriving; may not arrive without a confirmed date; only approved merchandise may be sold; counterfeit or unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked merchandise is prohibited; food vendors must provide applicable permits, food-safety documentation, and labeling; certain services, including permanent jewelry, require additional review and insurance; and The Dallas Markets may decline an application or revoke approval if requirements are not met.
