    This agreement outlines the booking requirements, deposit policy, cancellation and rescheduling terms, late fees, and conditions for participating in a photo shoot giveaway. :)

  • By booking a giveaway session, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. 

    Booking & Refundable Deposit

    A $25 refundable booking deposit is required to secure your giveaway session date. Your date is not considered booked or confirmed until the deposit has been received. 

    Because this is a giveaway, the deposit is intended to be refunded after the session is completed, provided the client follows the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined below. 

    The deposit helps ensure that reserved session dates are taken seriously and protects the photographer's time from last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. 

    Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time to qualify for a refund of their deposit. 

    -Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: The client may receive a refund of their $25 deposit, subject to the rescheduling policy below. 

    -Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: The photographer reserves the right to retain the $25 deposit and is allowed one rescheduling, but a new deposit will be required. 

    Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice (no-show): the deposit will be forfeited. No rescheduling will be allowed. 

    The photographer sets aside time specifically for each client. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent that time from being offered to other clients.  

  • Rescheduling Policy

    The client is permitted one reschedule using their original $25 deposit. The deposit will transfer to the new agreed-upon session date. 

    If the client subsequently cancels within 24 hours of the newly scheduled session or fails to attend, the deposit will be forfeited. 

    All rescheduling requests are subject to the photographer's availability. A new session date is not guaranteed. 

    Late Arrival and Tardiness Policy

    Please arrive on time for your scheduled photography session. Because giveaway sessions are scheduled in specific time slots, late arrivals may reduce the time available for your session and other clients. 

    The following late policy applies:

    -10 minutes late $10 will be deducted from your $25 refundable deposit. The remaining $15 will be refunded after the session is completed, provided all other agreement terms are met. 

    -20 minutes late, the full $25 deposit will be forfeited and retained by the photographer. 

    -30 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled, and the full $25 deposit will be retained by the photographer. The client will be permitted one reschedule, subject to the photographer's availability and confirmation of a new session date; a new deposit will be required. 

    -The rescheduling opportunity for a session canceled due to a 30-minute late arrival is a one-time courtesy. Any additional rescheduling requests will be subject to the photographer's standard rescheduling policy. 

    Please plan for traffic, parking, and other potential delays. If you anticipate being late, notify the photographer as soon as possible. Notification does not automatically waive the late-arrival policy. 

     

  • Giveaway Terms & Conditions

    All giveaway sessions must follow the original terms and conditions stated on the giveaway flyer, promotional post, or announcement. 

    These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

    -Number of participants

    -Session duration

    -Location

    -Theme and concept

    -Included services 

    Any request that falls outside the giveaway terms is not guaranteed and may require additional fees or a separate agreement with the photographer. 

    This giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless explicitly permitted by the photographer. 

    Social Media Credit & Support

    Giveaways are offered as a way to connect with the community, share creative work, and grow the photographer's business. While participation in the giveaway does not require a positive review or endorsement, clients are kindly encouraged to support the photographer. 

    Every tag, mention, share, and referral helps support a small photography business and makes it possible to continue offering future giveaways

    Social media support is greatly appreciated, and I thank every participant who helps spread the word!
