    This scholarship was created in honor of BuildingReports Co-Founder and Chairman Brett M. Brewster. One recipient will receive up to $2,500 toward Spring 2027 OSU CEAT Fire Protection & Loss Control professional development coursework (remaining funds may go toward lodging), plus one complimentary seat at BuildingReports Inspector’s Boot Camp in Fire Alarm or Sprinkler (a $3,245 value).

    Applications are due by November 30, 2026. Before you start, have your resume, your proposed course selections, and your 400–500 word essay ready.
