IdentiSys 2027 Vendor Fair Rooming & Official Vendor Badging

All vendors must book rooming through IdentiSys
Rooming and badging is reserved for sponsors and must be booked through this form for the meeting. We are contracted to book as an entire group to maximize value for the entire meeting and attendees, and our pricing is better than the published rate. Rooming is $150 per night including taxes and fees.

The recommended booking is for Wednesday, January 6, 2027 and Thursday, January 7, 2027, for a total of $300 per person. Each additional night is $150.

Organizations are allowed to have up to three rooms and vendor badges. Contact us for approval to add more.
