Welcome to our Open Call Form for 2027

We are launching our annual Open Call for projects at Zentralwäscherei and are looking forward to be sharing our space with you next year. We welcome a wide range of independent projects ranging from theater over circus to social and discursive formats and political events. For further information regarding our curation guidelines please check our website. Excluded are events that violate our principles, institutional events, private events or parties.
What's the procedure?

What is the procedure? Apply by 30.11.2026 by filling in this application form. You can enter projects that take place between 15.02.2027 and 31.01.2028 - Please note that the venue is closed from July to end of August and selected dates might already be booked. The evaluation of the entries will be carried out according to our curatorial guidelines and will be announced latest by 15.01.2027.
Conditions
ZW is in a diversity-oriented development and particularly encourages
submissions from people who have difficulties finding access to spaces in and
around Zurich. Please note that projects thought to fit into our space and into
our infrastructure are more likely to be accepted. All necessary guidelines and
important documents are accessible via this link.
