        Here's what you'll need to know when it comes to pickup time.
        • The 2026 pickup window for turkeys is between Thursday, November 19 and Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 26.  If you need to pick your turkey up outside of this range, please note it above, and call the Seattle store and ask to speak with the Meat Department. 

        • When considering your pickup, please allow time for thawing your bird -- one day per 5lbs, if you're going the fridge route. We receive our turkeys frozen, and they are stored in deep refrigeration until you pick them up. This is to ensure primo food safety and product quality. 

        • We'll do our best with special requests. We really will, but the more info you can give us the better. We can't guarantee exact sizes, but we do receive a range of weights within each size bracket and will do our best to get you what you want.
