This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Dreamy4u, LLC and the Client for the production, personalization, and delivery of custom luxury soy wax candle favors for events. It governs the responsibilities, payments, and policies related to the services provided by Dreamy4u.

This Luxury Candle Favor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dreamy4u, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Dreamy4u"), and the individual or entity identified above ("Client").

Dreamy4u agrees to create and provide custom luxury soy wax candle favors and related products according to the specifications, quantities, customization selections, and terms outlined in this Agreement and the Client's approved order form.

This Agreement becomes effective when signed by both parties.

Dreamy4u will provide custom luxury soy wax candle favors based on the selections made by the Client.

Services may include: Luxury soy wax candle favor production, personalized candle labels, names, dates, and messages, fragrance and candle vessel selections, decorative ribbons, floral embellishments, accessories, custom packaging and presentation, and delivery or shipment where applicable.

The completed and approved Dreamy4u Luxury Candle Favor Order Form, including the final invoice and approved design specifications, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Dreamy4u is responsible for producing the agreed-upon products but is not responsible for event planning, venue decorating, or arranging and displaying candle favors at the event unless separately agreed in writing.

The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate order information including names, event dates, spelling, personalized messages, candle vessel selections and quantities, fragrance selections, ribbon colors, decorative accessories, floral selections, packaging preferences, and event and delivery information.

The Client must review and approve all applicable personalized designs before production begins. Once written approval has been received and materials have been ordered or production commenced, changes may not be possible.

Any changes accepted by Dreamy4u after final approval may result in additional charges and revised delivery dates.

Dreamy4u will correct production errors that materially differ from the Client's approved specifications at no additional charge, subject to the resolution provisions of this Agreement.

Dreamy4u candle favors are handcrafted products. Minor variations in wax appearance, color, decorative placement, floral embellishments, and other handmade characteristics may occur.

Such variations are part of the handcrafted nature and do not constitute defects when products substantially conform to approved specifications.

Dreamy4u will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency in appearance and presentation. Material substitutions that substantially change the design require Client approval.

A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE OF $25.00 is required to reserve Dreamy4u for the Client's event.

The reservation fee:

• reserves the requested event date,
• is credited toward the total order amount,
• applied toward the required 50% deposit, and
• is non-refundable following confirmation except as required by law.

Payment of the reservation fee alone does not authorize production or guarantee order fulfillment without acceptance by Dreamy4u.

A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT is required to confirm the order and authorize material purchases. The $25 reservation fee is included in this deposit.

2

Dreamy4u may purchase necessary materials immediately after receiving the deposit and final order approval.

Once custom or non-returnable materials are purchased or production commences, the deposit becomes non-refundable to the extent of reasonable, documented, nonrecoverable costs, subject to applicable law.

If the order is canceled before such expenses, the deposit may be refunded according to cancellation provisions, excluding the non-refundable reservation fee.

Amounts retained will not exceed those permitted under this Agreement and applicable law.

The remaining balance must be paid IN FULL NO LATER THAN 65 CALENDER DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED EVENT DATE unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing.

For orders confirmed 65 calendar days or fewer before the event, full payment is required at order confirmation.

Dreamy4u is not obligated to release, ship, or deliver orders with outstanding balances.

Failure to pay by the deadline may result in suspension or cancellation, subject to cancellation provisions.

Alternative payment arrangements must be documented and approved in writing.

Orders requiring production and delivery within 30 calendar days or fewer of the event date are considered rush orders.

ALL ACCEPTED RUSH ORDERS INCUR AN ADDITIONAL

Rush orders depend on production capacity, material availability, and ability to meet delivery dates.

Full payment including rush fees is required before production begins.

Dreamy4u may decline rush orders that cannot be reasonably completed in time.

Delivery fees are based on one-way driving distance from Dreamy4u's location in Lake Mary, Florida, to the Client's delivery address.
