The 2026 Triangle Real Producers Awards Gala is coming up on November 16th, and it’s time to vote for the standout agents and teams across our local real estate community. This is like the Academy Awards of Triangle real estate – and local licensed agents are members of the Academy!

The nomination phase is complete, and you may now vote for the winners.  Below there are ELEVEN award categories, and each award has FIVE nominees -- cast your vote for one winner in each category. 

 Nomination Rules & FAQ

• How were the nominees chosen? We received nearly 1000 submissions for nominations from local licensed agents, and the top five vote-getters in each category are the nominees. (Triangle Real Producers staff chose the nominees in three categories: Rising Star, Photoshoot, and Cover of the Year. The other eight were decided by agent nominations.) Nominees are eligible for just one award category. If someone won a nomination for multiple categories, we chose the category in which they received their highest number of votes. 
• Who Can Vote: You must be a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent. (Note: You do not need to be a Real Producer Top 500 agent to submit nominations—all active NC agents are encouraged to participate!). In addition to agents, Preferred Partners of Triangle Real Producers are also eligible to submit nominations.
• Only one submission per licensed agent will be counted. To ensure integrity, you must submit your Full Name, Brokerage Name, and Email Address with your form. (Preferred Partners, submit your company name in the "Brokerage" field.) Neither duplicate entries nor nominations submitted by non-licensed individuals will be tallied.
• You don’t need to vote for each award. Feel free to vote for just one, a few, or all eleven award categories.
• If you are nominated, you may vote for yourself!

Team Champion Award

Recognizes the powerhouse team member who delivers massive value and production not under their individual name but rather under the umbrella of a high-performing real estate group

Industry Connector Award 

This is the ultimate networker and collaborator—someone who builds genuine bridges across brokerages, transacts with supreme professionalism, and most importantly, takes an active leadership role in supporting and elevating the local agent community

Cover of the Year

Rising Star Award 

Honors newer up-and-coming agents we call "Rising Stars", who have been featured in the TRP magazine over the last year.

Impact Award (Non-profit/charitable work)

Honors an individual who makes a tangible, positive difference in the community through dedicated non-profit work, charitable initiatives, local fundraising, or cause-driven leadership.

Photoshoot of the Year

Choose your favorite photoshoot from the past year from these five nominees chosen by TRP Staff.

Inspiration Award 

Highlights an individual whose personal journey—whether shared in a magazine feature or community nomination—demonstrates extraordinary resilience, triumph over personal or professional hardship, and perseverance that deeply inspires others

Real Producer Royalty Award (Industry Icon)

An agent/team leader who has been active in the industry for at least 25 years -- a true titan of the local real estate market with a long-standing track record of success. Someone who has shaped local industry standards, mentored the next generation, and established an enduring professional legacy.

Industry Influencer Award 

Recognizes someone who dominates branding and social media while using their platform to educate, lift up peers, and elevate the reputation of local real estate. Blends digital presence with real-world industry leadership. 

Team of the Year

Honors a high-performing real estate team that demonstrates outstanding collective production, strong operational synergy, and an exceptional group culture.

Real Producer of the Year (Flagship Individual Producer)

Awarded to an elite agent or producing team leader who sets the benchmark in our local industry for overall production, client advocacy, and professional integrity. THE HIGHEST INDIVIDUAL HONOR OF THE AWARDS GALA.
