Photo & Marketing Release

Our $50 Holiday Mini Sessions are offered at a special promotional rate in exchange for permission to use photographs captured during the session for marketing and promotional purposes.

By booking, you authorize SayEllie! Photography and Flash Haus to use selected images from your session on their websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and other promotional materials without additional compensation.

This permission includes photographs of yourself, any participating minor children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, and any pets you own or are authorized to include.

You understand that your images may be publicly displayed and shared as part of these promotional activities.

By booking, I acknowledge that:My $50 booking includes approximately 30 minutes of photography and up to 10 professionally edited digital images.

My digital images will be delivered within 14 days of my session.

Holiday backdrops are selected at the photographer's discretion, and specific setups are not guaranteed.

Pets must remain supervised and under their owner's control throughout the session.

I will arrive on time and camera-ready. Late arrival may reduce my photography time.

My appointment is confirmed upon successful payment.

I understand that cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the booking policy provided at checkout.
