Auditions: November 2, 2026 at 6 pm and November 3, 2025 at 6 pm, located at The First Presbyterian Church, Elk City.

Performance Dates:  Nov. 27, 28, and 29, 2026.

THE HERO -  A noble, dashing cowboy with a heart of gold. He carries an acoustic guitar and speaks with unwavering righteousness.

THE HEROINE - A sweet, virtuous young woman who runs the town orphanage. The epitome of purity and innocence.

THE VILLAIN - A ruthless, greedy, mustache-twirling landlord who wears a dark duster and schemes to exploit the town.

THE VILLAIN'S ACCOMPLICE -  A slippery, groveling henchman who mimics Blackheart's evil laughs but is incredibly cowardly.

THE FAITHFUL FRIEND - The wise, beloved matriarch of the Gulch who sits in her rocking chair, keeping faith alive.

THE CLOWN - A clumsy, well-meaning stable hand who is constantly tripping over props and getting confused.

THE MUSICIAN -  A majestic, silent town resident who provides live dramatic musical punctuation.

REHEARSALS - Will be based on conflicts provided.  Mostly weekends and a few evenings during the week.  You will not have to attend every practice.  Tech Week: We will have a few practices the week of Thanksgiving, but will not practice on Thanksgiving.

List commitments that may interfere with rehearsals or performances (i.e. school, sports, vacations, etc.) Please be specific about dates and times of conflicts.  We can accommodate many conflicts if they are noted here.  NOTE: If you have too many conflicts, you will be considered for minor or ensemble role only.  Undisclosed conflicts may result in removal from a scene and/or the cast at the discretion of the Artistic Team. ALL CAST MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING TECH WEEK.
