• A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 per person is due at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed once we receive it.
• A second payment of $800.00 per person is due Tuesday 1 December 2026.
• The final balance (your room price less payments received) is due Friday 12 February 2027. Bookings made after this date are payable in full at the time of booking.
• We commit to our suppliers well ahead of time, so bookings are non-refundable. However, we know life happens - if you can't make it, you're very welcome to pass your place to another Bird. Just email us their details by 5 March 2027 and we'll help where we can.
