YOUR MHP AMBASSADOR EXPERIENCE
MHP Ambassador Program | Class of 2028💚
Being an MHP Ambassador is about more than Junior and Senior pictures. It's about celebrating your personality, making memories with friends, and capturing the moments that make your junior and senior years special.
Your $300 program investment includes the following photography experiences:
1. Junior Ambassador Group Shoot
Join your fellow MHP Ambassadors for a fun, styled group photoshoot! This is your chance to meet the other ambassadors, create memories, and get beautiful photos together.
2. Junior Year Individual Shoot
Enjoy a photoshoot focused entirely on YOU! We'll capture your personality, personal style, interests, and the things that make you unique.
3. Welcome to Your Senior Year Group Shoot
Kick off your senior year with your fellow MHP Ambassadors! This special group shoot celebrates the beginning of your final year of high school and all the excitement, friendships, and memories ahead.
4. Bestie Session
Bring your best friend and create memories together! This session celebrates your friendship with fun, natural photos you'll love looking back on.
5. Family Session
Your senior years are an important milestone for your whole family. Enjoy a family photography session to capture the people who have supported you along the way.
6. Two Customized Senior Sessions
You'll receive two senior photography sessions customized around your interests, personality, and vision. We'll work together to create sessions that feel like YOU, whether your style is classic, creative, country, sporty, or something completely different.
7. End-of-Senior-Year Cap-and-Gown Group Session
Celebrate the finish line with your fellow ambassadors! We'll capture a special group session celebrating graduation and the memories you've made throughout the program.

Program Investment & Payment Schedule
The total investment for the MHP Ambassador Program is $300.
- By December 31, 2026: $100 deposit due.
- January 15, 2027: $50 installment due.
- February 15, 2027: $50 installment due.
- March 15, 2027: $50 installment due.
- April 15, 2027: $50 installment due.
All program fees must be paid in full by May 2027.
The deposit is nonrefundable for voluntary withdrawals, except where a refund is required by applicable law or an exception is provided in the written program agreement. Please review the separate ambassador agreement for complete payment, withdrawal, and cancellation terms.
Scheduling & Participation
Session dates and locations will be coordinated with ambassadors and may be adjusted for weather, school schedules, or other circumstances.
Homecoming and prom photography are not guaranteed program benefits. Optional opportunities may be offered when scheduling allows.
Ambassadors are not required to use Megan Harber Photography exclusively for photography services. Sharing photos and tagging MHP on social media are encouraged, but there is no required number of posts.

Application deadline: Friday, November 13, 2026.
Ten ambassadors will be selected: 5 for the Kilgore Area Team and 5 for the Sulphur Springs Area Team.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
**Applicants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent and complete the required program agreement before participating.
