Terms & Conditions
To be awarded funding for trail improvements, HOA members must submit a proposal to the TCGHOA board by
December 31, 2026.
Priority funding will be used toward longevity projects (boards, bridges, trail longevity) that improve common access trails,
not private property improvements
. Preference will be given to lasting infrastructure improvements.
Preference will be given to proposals that align with trail best practices and improvement recommendations.
HOA members that are awarded funding for trail improvement projects will be expected to provide a report and photos on the project status at then end of the summer/fall works season.
HOA members that fail to complete an outstanding project will be ineligible for additional trail project funding until such as time as the originally proposed work is completed, or the funded materials are returned to the HOA for use in another project.
