We are seeking an experienced, dependable professional to coordinate communications and events for our year-end fundraising campaign. This role will support donor outreach, sponsorship solicitation, email and direct-mail appeals, and campaign follow-up, helping ensure plans are carried through with care, professionalism, and strong execution.We welcome applicants with substantial experience in professional communications, donor or client relations, partnership development, project management, fundraising, or event planning. A formal fundraising or event-planning title is not required; transferable skills, sound judgment, and a track record of successful execution are essential. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with donors, sponsors, vendors, and organizational partners, able to manage multiple deadlines, and comfortable working independently to turn plans into completed work with minimal supervision.Applicants must provide relevant work examples and two professional references who can speak to responsibilities, reliability, and results. References will be contacted before a hiring decision is made. This is a paid part-time engagement beginning immediately and running through December 31, at approximately 10–15 hours per week. Scheduling flexibility is required, including some evenings and weekends, along with the ability to complete time-sensitive assignments the same day when needed within agreed working arrangements. An additional performance-based bonus opportunity may be available, depending on prompt and timely completion of assignments and overall performance.
