Welcome to Reclaiming Softness, a beautiful invitation to slow down, reconnect, be nurtured, and allow yourself to receive.

This weekend is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of belonging, connection, creativity, rest, and feminine embodiment.

Your registration includes accommodations, meals, and all the beautiful experiences of receiving throughout the weekend.

🌹 Early Bird Registration 🌹

November 1–11, 2026 ONLY

$765 – Any single bed accommodation
$999 – Private king bed and room
$500 - Per person (2) shared king bed and room 
The shared king bed option requires both guests to register together to secure the room.

After November 11, 2026

Main Floor Accommodations

2 rooms with 3 single beds each – $999 per person

Basement Accommodations

1 room with 3 single beds – $999 per person
1 room with 5 single beds – $888 per person
Private king bed and room – $1,111
Shared king bed and room – $555.55 per person (2) 
The shared king bed option requires both guests to register together to secure the room.

All accommodations are limited and subject to availability.

Registration & Payment Policies

Non-Refundable Deposit

A $333 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your space.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before March 23, 2027, will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the $333 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made on or after March 23, 2027, are non-refundable.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available following your initial deposit, allowing you to make payments toward your remaining balance.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full by March 23, 2027.

Registration & Accommodation

Your space is secured once your registration and deposit have been received and confirmed.

Accommodation selections are based on availability. Once a bed or private room has been reserved and payment confirmed, it will no longer be available for another registration.
