Cancellation and Partial Return Terms

Submit this request at least 30 days before your next billing date. With timely notice, Desert Star will pick up the appliances being returned before that billing date.

If you provide less than 30 days’ notice, your next monthly payment at the existing rental rate will still be charged in full. Pickup will occur before the following billing date. Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law.

If you return one appliance from a set, the remaining appliance will cost $39.99 per month plus applicable tax beginning when the partial cancellation takes effect.

If you later restore the set, you must sign a new agreement on redelivery day. That becomes your new billing date at $64.99 per month plus applicable tax, with credit for unused, already-paid rental time on the remaining appliance. A $25 redelivery fee plus applicable tax applies, subject to availability.

Your submission date records your notice. Desert Star will confirm the effective date, final scheduled payment, and pickup arrangements. Please provide access at the agreed pickup time. No additional rental period will be charged solely because Desert Star delays pickup when you provided access as agreed.
